Pilot retort is a small multifunctional autoclave used in the packaging and food industry for research and development purposes. The pilot sterilizer is an ideal option for users who need for pilot study, lab experiment and small-batch food production. It is able to process different types of packaging with multiple sterilization options, including water immersion sterilization, water spray sterilization, steam-air mixture sterilization, rotary sterilization and oscillating sterilization.
Applications
Pilot retort is suitable for sterilizing PE bottles, tinplate cans, flexible pouches, vacuum pouches, etc.
