1. LEDs can bear 135oC high temperature sterilization, without unlighted LEDs.

JINME uses a unique patent technology for LED encapsulation. A protective sleeve made of a special metal material covers the outside LEDs, and a high temperature resistant, transparent colloid is packaged on the front of the sleeve to offer double protections for the LEDs, allowing it to bear temperatures as high as 135oC and high pressure steam sterilization, all while avoiding unlighted LEDs found in other dental handpieces.
2. Zero suction system
The use of a zero suction system can prevent the suction of blood, viruses and skin particles caused by the negative pressure that is produced when handpiece stops operating, thus avoiding cross infections. This also protects the handpiece cartridge, avoiding damage done by foreign material to the bearing, thus extending the service life.
3. Three-point spray and water-air separating structure
The J5-TUP dental handpiece has an independent three-point spray cooling system and special water-air separating structure. The formed water spray surrounds the bur during high speed cutting operation to fully clean it and better cool it. The special water-air separating structure effectively avoids no water supply caused by high air pressure.
4. German bearings
The J5-TUP dental handpiece uses high-precision bearings originally imported from Germany. The bearings are designed with special angles and they can generate a centripetal thrust force to make handpiece operation more stable and much quieter. This also contributes to a greater torque.
