Water Based Screen Printing Ink
Use Principle
Our water based screen printing ink can be used on all kinds of screen press. Complete printing can be done in three steps. Firstly, print image on a paper using this water-based silk screen ink. Secondly, put the paper on the substrates such as fabric. Then, press the paper with transfer machine. Since the temperature is about 190°C-220°C, the ink on paper will become gas and go into fabric.
Description
This textile ink is non-toxic and harmless. It has no smell and no negative effects on human body. During printing, the heat transfers in a variety of chemical products, polyester film and metal-coated board. Our fabric screen printing ink can be used for various domestic and imported heat transfer machines.
Use Method
The needed text or logo can be printed on wood pulp paper or kraft paper (network printing is not included) by our water based screen printing ink. When the ink dries, you can transfer printing.
Before using this ink, you should firstly stir it. If the ink is thin or thick, you can add thickener or water to make it balance.
