Product features:
1. The M-330XP water based pigment commercial printing machine is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system.
2. A positive pressure pump cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system, with the clog resistant flash function used to protect and resist blockage formation. This means the print head will spray a small amount of ink at regular intervals in order to keep the nozzle wet, and wash away any blockages to allow for a smooth ink release.
3. The print head heating system is designed to prevent the ink from drying out, then breaking or cracking. It does so by keeping the temperature stable, and keeping ink in the best possible state within a stable working condition throughout the printing process.
4. A siphon ink supply system ensures the ink will be smoothly released, and provides a qualified output, even under high printing speeds.
5. The fabric pinch roller arrangement is denser than other printers, and feature a uniform pressure and stronger friction force, so that cloth will be pushed into the machine with less outside interference.
6. The printer is equipped with a large sectional infrared drying device, so that ink on the cloth will immediately dry during the high speed printing process.
7. The dual rail structure and highly accurate AC servo motor are used for a stable carriage operation during the printing process.
8. The water based pigment in the printer is environmentally-friendly and odor free.
