The dough wrapper is rolled and extended by dough rolling device. This makes the dough wrapper glossier and more stable in quality. Each dough roller has a thickness adjusting device used for setting sheet thickness. This allows the product weight to be adjusted.
Pizza forming machine
The dough sheet is cut into round pieces by pneumatic or mechanical cutting device. And make holes in the cut dough sheet at the same time. This avoids jamming during demolding. The cut cakes have uniform thickness.

- Irregular dough sheet is rolled into regular sheet by dough rolling device. Its thickness can be adjusted through the PLC control system.
- The pneumatic cutting device can cut out the round cakes with size desired by the operator.
- The residual dough surrounding the round cakes is recovered by the conveying belt for secondary use.
- The flour sprinkling and residual material recycling device are equipped with to recycle the dough wrappers. This can reduce unnecessary waste.
- Use the conveying belt for automatic tray arranging, without need of manual tray arranging. This saves labor and reduces cost.
- Several molds of different sizes can be customized at one time. And through touch screen operation, one-button switch is available. It is convenient and fast.
- The operation system adopts PLC and touch screen, making the operation more convenient.
