Lanthanated Tungsten Electrodes
According to different content of La2O3, HUAXIANG lanthanated tungsten electrodes are divided into three types, namely WL20 (2% La2O3), WL15 (1.5% La2O3) and WL10 (1% La2O3). Usually, these tungsten welding electrodes are also called 1.5% lanthanated.
These lanthanated electrodes provide excellent welding performance and have no radioactivity. Specific features of WL20, WL15 and WL10 are shown as follows.
WL20
Under the condition of no overcurrent, our WL20 electrodes can serve for a longer time than the thoriated tungsten electrodes. They feature excellent arc starting, thermal shock resistance, great reignition characteristics, no contamination, etc. Pipe welders are highly satisfied with these lanthanated tungsten electrodes.
WL15
In low current welding, our WL15 tungsten electrodes have outstanding arc starting and excellent arc stability. This type of lanthanum tungsten electrode is mainly used for DC welding. In AC welding, it also provides great effect.
WL10
Our WL10 lanthanated tungsten electrodes are suitable for AC welding and show excellent performance.
