Xinhuida developed CPE embossed film line to meet today’s flexible film market in various applications based on customer feedback and our own summaries. This line can be used to produce multi-layer co-extruded CPE highly transparent packaging film by using raw materials such as LLDPE, MLLDPE, LDPE or HDPE. Each line is supplied with advanced intelligent control system to simplify operation like winding, changing and cutting rolls automatically, and improve overall line efficiency.

- A negative pressure double chamber vacuum box and electrostatic film edge pinning system ensure a stable film melting.
- A special screw ensures good plasticization, uniform color and increasing extrusion capacity.

- Multi-step auto tension control system to guarantee the stable tension during production
- According to customer needs and the machine width, an on-line slitting function can be configured to directly wind the finished film roll.
