Melting and Holding Furnace, using Liquid Propane Gas Burner
Melting and holding furnace using liquid propane gas has relatively lower cost as compared to the melting and holding furnace heat up by electricity. It has less pollutant emission than heavy crude oil or diesel which makes it more environmentally friendly. Liquefied propane gas mostly consists of hydrocarbons, which have minor effect on the air after combustion. Countries such as Turkey, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Philippines use liquefied petroleum gas as fuel for melting and holding furnace.
Custom-made products for previous customersIn June 2016, a customer from Turkey approached us via trading company in Guangzhou to purchase a custom-made 25 tons melting and holding furnace from us. The customer requested liquid propane gas as fuel for the furnace. Therefore, we designed and custom-made a melting and holding furnace using liquid propane gas as fuel in accordance to their needs. The specific configurations are as below:
- 25 tons melting and holding furnace, straight furnace door, fully casting lining
- 25 tons hoist type casting machine
- 25 tons casting platform
- 6 meters sluice + 15 inches filter tank
- Electric heating filter tank
- Semi-automatic sawing machine
- Refining tank

- Automatic water system
- Online degasser
Half year later, we shipped the equipment to our customer's factory for installation and commissioning and the equipment operates normally until today.
