C/Z Purlins
GZ Roll-Forming provides roll forming lines for C/Z purlins. Cold roll formed purlins are light and durable, allowing the weight of a roof to be reduced by also reducing the amount of steel used. CZ purlins are an economical, efficient and durable construction material, making them an ideal substitute for traditional angle, channel, and pipe steel purlins.
The C/Z purlin roll forming line is customized according to a customer’s profile requirements and is fully automatic.
Production specifications and output are easy to set on the touch screen, while an HMI requiring no mechanical adjustments ensures an easy operation. The PLC, inverter and other electrical components use trusted materials produced in Germany or Japan to ensure the long-term roll-forming line performance.
