Product features:
1. The M-330XS 512i 30PL solvent printing industrial printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system and double vinyl feeding and collecting systems.
2. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system to keep the print head working in optimal condition. The anti-clogging flash function can resist blocking and the print head sprays a small amount of ink at regular intervals to keep the nozzle wet, wash the blocks away, and allow for a more fluid release of ink.
3. A print head heating system is installed to prevent ink from breaking down. By keeping the temperature stable, the ink is kept in a stable working condition during the printing process.
4. Siphon ink supply system ensures ink is released fluidly and provides qualified output under high printing speeds.
5. The fabric pinch rollers arrangement is denser compared to common printers and provides uniform pressure and stronger friction force, so cloth steps into machine with minimal outside interference.
6. The printer is equipped with a large sectional infrared drying device, in which the ink on the cloth dries immediately during the high-speed printing process.
7. Duel rail structure and high-accuracy AC servo motor are applied for stable carriage operation during printing.
