Taking the sealing performance of covers and bottles into full consideration, we first needed to ensure the sample design, and help customers with their sample designs. Because complex bottle covers have a thread and flip top, they have higher requirements for mold accuracy. Aero Mold's mold has an unscrewing structure that protects the cover thread and prevents scratches on the bottle surface.
Case analysisIn 2015, Uganda's largest cosmetics company contacted us, and ordered two sets of simple molds as a trial order. AT the same time, they had also bought trial molds from other companies. However, after using our molds, they determined ours performed better than the rest, and featured a higher production efficiency. Because of that, they followed up and ordered more mold sets from us, bringing the total number of sets up to 40. We are the only mold supplier for this customer in China.
