RDI carries out many incoming quality control methods over all raw materials. Our RoHS test equipment is used to test that toxic substance content meets international standards.

Every line of production here at RDI is operated under strict inspection so that any problems are identified quickly.

Product aging testing is a must. For example, every monitor has to go through a 4-hour aging test to guarantee quality.

We keep a part of the first batch of models to perform 6-month aging testing. If anything goes wrong, we will plan solutions promptly.

Reliability tests like constant temperature and humidity, vibration and fall resistance will be applied to newly-developed products or old products whose key parts have been changed.

X-RAY test equipment: Our 4 X-RAY test equipment is used for inspecting welding quality.

Shielded room: We have set up shielded rooms for testing model performance.

Constant temperature and humidity cabinets: We test product performance by simulating storage, transport and working conditions of products different in temperature and humidity. Reliability tests like constant temperature and humidity will be applied to newly-developed products or old products whose key parts have been changed.

ROHS test equipment: ROHS test equipment is used for testing whether toxic substances content meets international standards.

Salt spray test chamber: Salt spray test chamber is used for testing resistance to corrosion of metal parts in products.

Vibration test equipment: Vibration test equipment is used for simulating transport condition to ensure product quality in long distance transportation.

Falling test equipment:Falling test equipment is used for simulating transport condition to ensure product quality in carrying.

Lightbox: Used for simulating different lighting conditions to ensure accurate image color.

Night vision test room: Night vision test room is used for night vision inspection

Projector: A projector is used for testing the size of tiny components

Spectrum analyzer: The spectrum analyzer is used for testing high spectrum feature

Air tightness test: AAir tightness testing is used for checking product air tightness and simulating outdoor raining weather to prevent malfunction because of water leakage.

Lumen test equipment: Lumen test equipment is used for testing the luminous intensity of LEDs.
