Spectra analyzer: detects the element composition before heat treating therefore, we can adjust the element concentration in real-time.
Metallography: magnifying the inner structure up to 100-500 times, the change after heat treating can be observed which helps evaluate the heating effect.
Sand detector: detecting the parameters of the sand mold like water content and hardness, strictly ensuring the details
Rockwell hardness tester: tests the HRC hardness parameters of the product.
Impact tester: testing the anti-impact and toughness properties.
