Solar panels are assemblies of photo-voltaic cells mounted in a connected framework. The cells collect sunlight and transform it into a source of energy to direct current electricity. Solar panels come in three construction styles, monocrystalline, polycrystalline, and a new type of thin film amorphous panels.
Among the three constructions, the monocrystalline solar panel is made from a single crystal of silicon, while the polycrystalline solar panels are made up of many silicon fragments. Therefore, compared with the poly solar panel, the mono solar panel has a higher energy conversion efficiency (by about 10%). At the same time, the poly solar panel is cheaper. The thin film solar panel is a novel product which has the highest efficiency and the most attractive prices. However, it has the lowest conversion rate per unit area and requires more space to generate similar amounts of power.
Our products use PVB material during the encapsulation process, compared with traditional EVA material, giving them extremely low water vapor permeability, thus avoiding delamination and cracking.
