Skin-foaming-skin Extrusion line
The insulated single wires of the seven types of network cables are extruded by foaming materials using the three-layer co-extruded physical foaming structure (skin-foam-skin) which is currently the most superior wire extrusion process. With the use of foaming insulation materials, it allows telecommunication in the meantime reducing the wire and cable cost compared to the solid cable.
The insulated wire core is extruded by three-layer co-extruded technique, achieving "skin + foam PE + skin". The insulation materials of the cable, foam PE suitable for extrusion of seven types of network cables and high frequency cable as well as signal cable
