Casting Rolling Mill Of Continuous Casting Machine
Our casting rolling mill series is intensively used for forming large metal pieces. The initial processing materials are usually bulk metals such as semi-finished castings including slab, bloom and blank. Heat these metal sheets until the temperature is greater than its re-crystallization temperature. Then the metal deform between the rollers to form a thinner cross section. Compared with the cold rolling process with the same series, hot rolling process produces the thinner cross section.
New Anjie provides 550 and 520 two models of casting rolling mills for selection. And the roller modes are available in seven-stand continuous rolling and five-stand continuous rolling. Besides, we are also dedicated to offering complete set service of rolling mill, including the design, manufacturing, supplying, installation and debugging of the whole factory. Other than the new rolling mill, we also provide the equipment replacing and refurbishment service.
