Summary
Vostosun can provide special solutions for barite crushing, drying and grinding. Barite powder can be used as sludge thickening in in oil drilling, white pigments, paper fillers, textile fillers, etc.
Process
The barite grinding drying process contains six steps: crushing, screening, drying, cooling, grinding and classifying. First, large blocks of barite are crushed twice by two stone crushing jaw crushers. Then, screening by vibrating screen and drying. Next, natural cooling on the stacking place or rapid cooling by cooler machine. After that, grinding by powder grinding equipment and classifying, the qualified products would be charging by cyclone dust collector, and storage in the products warehouse.

A barite grinding enterprise purchased a high pressure medium speed grinding mill (YGM130), dryer and crusher from Vostosun for the crushing, drying and grinding processing. The high pressure medium speed grinding mill can crush the barite with Morse hardness lower than 9.3, and moisture less than 6%. Especially, from 80 mesh to 425 mesh, the fineness of products can be adjusted by the customers. Due to the uniformity of the powder fineness, the equipment has been praised by the customer.
