Declogging Rods

DUNPAI’s declogging rods are made of polyurethane, which enables the parts to be resistant to abrasion and to be used for quite a long time. The declogging rods are fixed to the surfaces of screens and will vibrate and bounce on the surfaces when the screening machine is working, which will prevent particles from wedging and blinding the screen.

Conveyor Belt Cleaners & Scrapers

Wiper blades and straight blades are available. Both types are made of polyurethane to realize abrasion resistance. Change-out slots are enabled to allow for easy installation and change of blades.

DUNPAI’s screening spray nozzles are made of polyurethane, meaning that the spray nozzles are abrasion-resistant and alkali-resistant. In addition, the screening spray nozzles have no requirements for water quality and are applicable for used water.

DUNPAI’s rubber buffers and rubber springs have less elastic modulus than metal springs, but are still elastic enough for non-linear motion. To be applicable in different production tasks, the stiffness of our rubber buffers and springs are adjustable. The buffers and springs also feature large damping ratio, meaning that they can withstand sudden impact and have smaller noise than metal springs. Apart from that, the installation, detachment and maintenance are quite easy, during which there is no need for lubrication.
