Polyethylene Wax
WE-3F is a pure cracking polyethylene wax that is known by its white, powdery and solid structure. It is widely used in the manufacturing of color masterbatches, granulating, PVC profiles, PVC pipe, hot-melt adhesives, rubber, shoe polish, leather polishing agents, insulating material for cables, floor wax, plastic profiles, injection molding products, ink and cosmetics.
WE-3F is a dispersant widely used for polyolefin masterbatches such as carbon black masterbatch. It features an outstanding compatibility with polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene. This was also features an excellent external and internal lubrication, allowing it to be viewed as a dispersant, lubricant, or brightener in extruded products. It also increases the degree of plasticization, help the diffusion of fillers, and improve the toughness and smoothness of plastic products. As a lubricant for injection molding products, it reduces equipment energy consumption and improves product surface gloss.
Polyethylene wax also increases the wear resistance of paint and ink, as well as improve the dispersal of pigments and fillers. It features excellent settlement effects, which also make it ideal for use as a flatting agent to give various products a glossy, stereo feeling.
