The Water Pump Series high-speed diesel engine features a double starter, strong power, compact structure, easy operation and convenient maintenance. Wandi provides 6 or 12-cylinder high speed diesel engines.
The 6-cylinder diesel engine uses disc spring as the energy storage media. After the spring is manually pressed, energy is released to the flywheel to start the engine with no fuel consumption or emission pollution. The high-speed diesel engine will also start if a m malfunction of the electronic start-up system occurs.
The 12-cylinder Water Pump Series high-speed diesel engine starts using compressed air. This compressed air drives the flywheel, starting the engine, even in the event of electronic start up system malfunction.
Full water-cooling system: The water-eater heat exchanger and specially designed water-air air cooler (for turbocharged intercooler diesel engines) are used to cool the engine system. The cooling system installation features no space or positioning limitations, and enhances engine efficiency by as much as 7 to 10%, saving production costs.
