This ultrasonic welding system is mainly applied in zipper bag manufacturing to weld both ends of two plastic zip-strips together utilizing ultrasonic welding technology. The machine speed can reach 60 times per minute, and the welding head is wear resistant, providing a stable and smooth running. These ultrasonic welders are easily attachable to automatic zipper bag production line, can be offered in various configurations tailored to customer’s individual production demands. Besides, the ultrasonic welding system can be installed at the hot knife station in 3-side seal pouch making equipment, allowing the ultrasonic welding and heat sealing to be interchangeable.
Ultrasonic sonotrodes, commonly known as ultrasonic welding heads or ultrasonic horns, can be custom manufactured according to the products of various sizes and materials (aluminum alloy or titanium alloy).
