RLBZ series HMA (hot mix asphalt) recycling plant can solve the problems that reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) is prone to accelerate aging and generate blue smoke during heating process. Hot Air Generator
This large-size hot air generator features unique structure design that can efficiently prevent the RAP material from direct contact with flame, therefore slowing the aging of bitumen. The temperature of hot air entering the RAP drum can be achieved at a range of 500℃-900℃.
RAP Recycling Drum
The RAP material is heated in this recycling drum. The specially designed flights in the drum can eliminate the RAP sticking problem (Patent No.: ZL200810189181.1) during the heating process. At the same time, some of flights are designed with hooks to collect large-size RAP aggregates, so that the coarse and fine aggregates are well graded to reduce the temperature difference, while preventing the bitumen from aging during the heating process.

Exhaust Gas Treatment System
This exhaust gas treatment system adopts dual fan system. The internal circulation ducting system performs temperature control for hot air entering the RAP drum, while the secondary combustion ducting system introduces residual exhaust gas into the dryer of virgin materials for exhaust gas cleaning. RAP Pre-mixing System
The RAP pre-mixing system can extend the time for mixing RA with recycling agents, enabling the recycling agents to be uniformly dispersed throughout. By using this system, there is no need for additional mixing time, not only increasing the quality of RAP mixtures but also increasing production efficiency. (Patent No.: 201110063817.X)
