Hot Recycling Asphalt Plant
In large scale road construction, there is inevitably asphalt waste, and discarding it is detrimental to the environment. Because of that, we developed an outstanding asphalt recycling plant, which combines old asphalt, a recycling agent, new asphalt and other materials, then heats and mixes them in the hot recycling asphalt plant. The asphalt recovery system is often used with the asphalt mixing system for road construction, in order to reduce the amount of asphalt wasted. According to market needs, we have developed a variety of hot asphalt recycling plants.
WorkflowThe milled raw materials are transported, lifted and sifted into a special drying cylinder for hot regeneration, and then mixed with new materials in a certain proportion to produce qualified finished materials.
Here are some examples of customized equipment we've produced.Refer to them for customization information for your needs, or choose one of these existing products.

PRD1000 | 85KW | 60-80t/h | 50% | 10×3.5m2 | 7kg | 3℃
PRD1500 | 116KW | 90-120t/h | 50% | 12×3.5m2 | 7kg | 3℃
PRD2000 | 155KW | 120-160t/h | 50% | 14×3.5m2 | 7kg | 3℃ |
- The drying cylinder features a special design to ensure there is always curtain material, thus improving the heating efficiency.
- Flexible insulation lifting flights are used to make it difficult to form a fine material curtain, thus avoiding excessive heat absorption and asphalt aging.
- The coarse material easily forms a better curtain, which is better for heating and prevents old material from melting and sticking.
- With the old material allocation reaching 30%, the cylinder is an energy saving, environmentally friendly piece of equipment that saves user costs.
- Either heavy oil or light oil can be used as fuel in this equipment series.
