Vision inspection for paper cups and containers
DESPU-DJ300 paper cup inspection system is horizontal type, which allows effective separation between finished products and defective ones. It well avoids the dust pollution and ensures the safety of products. Besides, excellent synchronous control prevents the slipping protection of motor and facilitates the maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
- Output in every shift (8 hours) achieves 58,000 cups, and monthly output ( in 3 shifts) arrives 4.05 million cups.

Spiral-type cup discharging structure is newly designed, which facilitates the former cup inspection system and avoids pipe blocking. Meanwhile, absorption ball is also used to change cups’ direction, thus to reduce the damage towards paper cups imposed by machine parts and to improve the production yield rate. Unique camera adjustment device adds more artistic flavor on this machine. It enables the inspection of 300 pcs of paper cups and plastic cups every minute.
