The GM1100-1900 paper cutter is equipped with two cutting knives. The upper rolling knife is used for cutting and the lower rolling knife is for fixing, allowing the cutting machine to cut paper into specific lengths and widths in a highly efficient manner. This cutter is capable of automatic adjustment, and will cut in straight lines.

This machine is widely applicable and can cut paper weighing 60g/㎡-550g/㎡.

Features

1. This cutter is equipped with a pre-press device. The pressure roller movement is a vertical manner, ensuring the precise positioning and preventing paper from folding during delivery.
2. Belt conveyors are efficient and stable, preventing the paper from tilting.
3. This cutter is equipped with three knives in three positions: top, bottom and back. There is a safety cover over the cutting sector, and the machine will not operate if this cover is open, thus ensuring operator safety.
4. The unwinding system is equipped with a pneumatic clutch with an extended service life and better precision when compared to a magnetic particle clutch.
5. This cutter is equipped with an electrostatic eliminator.
6. This cutter is equipped with an automatic label counting and label inserting device which inserts a piece of paper, then cuts it off when reaching the pre-determined quantities.
7. The unwinding system is equipped with shaftless drive and hydraulic drive to allow for an infeed, no matter how heavy the web roll is.
