DK-450G slitting machines are designed with a high precision rotary die cutting system, so it can finish die cutting and slitting at a time.
This slitting machine is applicable for die cutting, and slitting of blank adhesive labels. Lamination function is also available, upon request.
Additionally, it is equipped with Germany SICK brand counter to accomplish meter counting. Taiwanese Kontec photoelectric eyes are also equipped for guarantee high precision and stable performances of winding units. By presetting adhesive label length, this slitting equipment will auto stop when achieved preset length. Schneider (France) inverter provides our slitting machinery with fast operation speed.
This DK-450G slitting machine with rotary die cutting station is a new developed product. Equipped with accurate rotary die cutting system, it can accomplish the die-cutting, optional laminating and slitting in one process. Moreover, this slitting machine supports automatic meter counting, automatic stop, web guiding by photocell and other functions.
