1. Hydraulic Frequency Control System
The motor of traditional hydraulic system always works at a constant speed. So, energy consumption always exists. This system used for our brick machine features variable frequency control. Motor speed can be regulated by means of frequency change, making the flow of hydraulic pump consistent with the required value, thus minimizing energy loss. Frequency regulation is able to change the motor speed in a direct proportion along with its flows. This is remarkably energy saving.
2. Vector Closed Loop Synchronous Vibration System
Of the traditional vibration system in other block making machines, synchronous gearbox is used to conduct forced synchronization, resulting in a certain amount of energy loss and making it incapable to reach the best vibrating effect. The synchronous vibration system that we use for our concrete block making machine feedbacks the motor speed through detection and makes sure the motor speed keeps stable as load changes. It offers high control precision.
Relying on special synchronous frequency converter, the motor can automatically compensate to realize consistent speed and high consistency when starting and stopping. This vibrating system ensures blocks can be pressed and formed within 0.5-2.5 seconds, thus improving production efficiency. In addition, equipped with scientific vibration isolation and reduction unit, it ensures no loss of power while ensuring enough vibration force. 3. Block Height Control System
The system employs rope pulling type rotary encoder to control the lowering height of pressing table. It increases the response time and control accuracy of control system.
