Our diode is aeffective receiver which can reach the communication efficiency up to 2.5Gbps.Under the temperature between -40to 85, itcan convert the laser signal with the wavelength ranging from 850nm to 1700nmin to electrical signal. And its output power varies from -70dBm to 6dBm.

The photo detectordiode also features its high sensitivity, it can complete response within 1nsand the response rate is 0.85A/W.In addition, the dark current of our product is about 0.1nA to 1nA. So,interference from non-communication signal is small and it canreach the receiving accuracy for ±0.25dB. It can easily be connected in the electriccable and circuit.
