Product Brief Introduction
SPS horizontal screens have the advantages of tilting circular vibrating screens combined with those of horizontal linear vibration screens. Our horizontal screens possess such characteristics as outstanding screen permeability, large capacity, and low installation height, which is ideal for use in mines, quarries, and mobile screen substations. With vibration amplitude between 8 and 16mm, the screening equipment supports vibration within angles from 30 to 60 degrees, and can be used to screen materials with maximum size of 200mm.

Another advantage of this type of horizontal screen is the oval extractor design that can change its diameter and angle to fling materials to best meet your intended purpose. These adjustments the vibration machine are used to separate different sized granules.

The center gear can be rotated to different angles to change the trajectory of discharged material.

Amplitude changes are made with different weights on counterweight wheels.

Motor speed can be adjusted between 675 to 875 rotations per minute.

  • Triple shaft horizontal screen
  • Screen sieve
