DD6110KEV4 is a 10.8-meter long, multi-functional group electric passenger bus. Its features are as follows:

A. DD6110KEV4 adopts self-supporting body structure design.
1. The adoption of self-supporting body structure design guarantees each part of the bus stressed and thus improves the vehicle strength, lowers its weight and increases effective output.
2. Low vehicle barycenter brings a more stability and safety.

B. Strong power and excellent performance
1. DD6110KEV4 can adapt different road conditions. Strong driving force and excellent acceleration, low noise and stable performance.
2. The deceleration function of driving motor can reduce the abrasion of brake pad.
3. The deceleration function can be canceled manually under conditions of snowfield and wet road to improve the safety of braking.

C. Battery are placed on three layers to maximize the volume of luggage compartment and guarantee the height inside the vehicle is around 1930mm.
1. Electromotor of SG electric car has a smaller size than normal motors, while its wheel base is over 500mm longer than the same type vehicles. It can contain two run-through luggage compartments.

D. Battery cells adopt high-energy density CATL Fe-battery which ensures a longer recycling service life.
1. The service life of battery can be as long as 8 years. Service life-cycle is over 6000 times at the room temperature. Storage life is over 15 years.
2. Dustproof and waterproof level is IP67.
3. Operating in alpine region where the temperature is minus 30 degree, the natural temperature drop is 1 degree in 60 minutes, which guarantees excellent charge and discharge performance of battery system in alpine region.

F. Hydraulic electric power steering (HEPS)
1. Dual power HEPS is adopted and protection level is IP67.
2. HEPS adopts permanent magnet brushless motor. Small volume but high efficiency. Permanent magnet synchronous motor powers with speed and thus saves 75% energy.
