Our company conducted loaded roll stability and rollover test for the DD6100C01FX school bus in National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Changchun). Eventually the rollover test was successful with 42.5 degrees critical angle, which greatly exceeded the requirements of 32 degrees of the new national standard.
■ The test results show that the glass of passenger door was broken while the other glass was not broken. And the deformation of vehicle frame is very small. The engine can still work properly. In addition, the doors and the exit are intact. The test was a perfect success.
