Control Panel Station
These control panel stations is the operating center for the whole system. It is usually installed in the cargo control room. Control consoles are designed to meet customer requirements and usage conditions. Piping systems with distinguished colors, control valves with indicators to report valve positions, and a control switch to remotely control valves are all installed to simplify the operating process of whole system. The control panel is typically designed as a piano-like unit, but wall-mounted control units can also be applied if space is limited. For control and observation convenience, computer technology is applied to collect real-time signals to calculate parameters. The running state of valves, liquid level of tanks, 4 channel draft level, and other factors can all be monitored through the RS485 interface or industrial Ethernet.
