Application
The linear spray coating machine is appropriate for the coating of wood, synthetic board, plastic, glass, metal and other linear substrates, such as the door casing and skirting board.
Features
- The angle of the spray gun can be adjusted manually to avoid the problems like ununiform thickness or inconsistent color of the coating film.
- The waste gas and paint mist generated will be absorbed or processed by the water curtain, large-power exhaust fan and filtering device before discharge, which is environmentally friendly.
- The linear spraying equipment has a coating fluid recycle system which can 100% recycle and reuse UV ink and water-based ink to highly save production cost.
- The feeding port has an IR auto detection system to automatically measure the workpiece dimensions and accordingly adjust the spray time and spray order of the spray guns.
