Application
The ultrasonic sewing embossing machine is a type of seamless and binderless compound machine that makes use of ultrasound technology to carry out no-needle, no-thread embossing processes. It performs bonding and embossing for lamination of chemical fiber fabrics, non-woven fabrics, gush glue cotton, and artificial leather.
This machine is simple and convenient to operate and is noted for its clear and beautiful patterns, the fabric not easily deformed, solid bonding, no needle eye, high production efficiency.

Compositions

- Adopting the overall original imported ultrasonic transducer with powerful sound wave, the quilting effect is outstanding
- The slit fabric is flat and precise; the size can be freely adjusted; the minimum cutting width is 100mm.
- The rewinding device can be equipped with single/double rollers (synchronous rewinding at a uniform speed) or single air shaft (magnetic powder clutch tension control), so that the tightness of the rewinding fabrics is adjustable.
