Dosageof Concrete Corrosion Inhibitor
1. Commonly used dosage is 4% of total amount, while recommended dosage is 4 to8㎏/m3,which is generally applied in slightly corrosive environment such as industrialand civil buildings and bridges, etc.
2. When used in severe corrosive environment such as harbor engineering,coastal construction and so on, recommended dosage ranges from 8 to 12㎏/m3.
Use Method
1. Firstly, concrete corrosion inhibitor should be dry mixed with dry cementaggregate, stirred well and then mixed with water. Appropriate extra stirringtime is needed to ensure the concrete stirred evenly.
2. When our product is composited with other admixture, concrete trial is necessary to ensure its adaptabilityand air-entraining superplasticizer is not allowed.
