Aluminum rods and aluminum ingots are indispensable raw materials for the processing of aluminum profiles, so their quality is directly related to the service life of the aluminum profiles produced. Casting not only helps to improve the quality of aluminum profiles, but also facilitates the extrusion forming of aluminum melted at high temperature.
Equipped with two 25-ton melting furnaces (reverberatory furnaces) and one 15-ton melting furnace, we can produce various types of aluminum rods, which are subject to quality inspections before and after casting. For example, the metal component of the cast aluminum rod will be measured by spectrometer to ensure higher quality of aluminum products produced later.
The lengths of aluminum rods produced by our company range from 3.5m to 12m, the types of aluminum rods include 6063, 6461, 6060, 6005, 6082, 5050, 6n01 and 7005, and the diameters of aluminum rods include 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, 127mm, 150mm, 178mm and 254mm.
