Double Action Extrusion System, Seamless Tube Extruder, Aluminum Tube Extrusion Machine

Double action extrusion system is capable to produce aluminum seamless tubes in a highly efficient manner, thanks to the independent piercing system. For this tube extruder, there are two types available, long stroke extruder and short stroke extruder.

Advantages of Long Stroke Extrusion System
1. This seamless tube extrusion machine can make use of cheap unfixed dummy block.
2. Billet of diameter less than 152mm can be processed by this machine.

Advantages of Short Stroke Extrusion Machine
1. Unfixed dummy block can be used for cost saving.
2. It's appropriate to process short billets with this extrusion press.
3. Finished seamless tubes will undergo little deformation while working at a high pressure.
4. The accuracy of guiding rail and the shaft center of extrusion can be easily ensured by short stroke extrusion equipment.

Some Disadvantages
Long Stroke Extruder
1. There will be deformation in the structure of aluminum parts under high pressure.
2. It is difficult ensuring the accuracy of guiding rail and the shaft center of extrusion.
3. Long time for idle stroke.

Short Stroke Extruder
Unsuitable for billets of diameter less than 152mm.
