Application:
The high shear mixer is suitable for emulsifying viscous products and material with a high solid content. The mixer can be used in the production of cosmetic creams, and various items in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

  • The high shear mixer is equipped with a tank, oil cylinder, solenoid valve, relief valve, retention pressure control valve and other components.
  • The mixer's emulsification pot is designed with a vacuum system, which is equipped with a ZBV2060 vacuum pump with a 32m2/h suction and 0.75KW power.
  • Our high shear mixer features high quality components. The ECS, LCD display monitor's touch panel and other electrical components are imported from Siemens, and the frequency converters come from Matsushita. All buttons are sourced from Schneider.
  • The high shear mixer uses a silicone filler plate for bottle sealing.
  • The mixer features round corners and smooth surfaces.
  • You can use the touch panel and automatic control module for emulsifying, warming and cooling.
