IC packaging tube/profile purposes: Integrated circuit resistors and capacitors are both components easily damaged in the transportation process, leading to the development of an IC packaging tube as the packing carrier for integrated circuit components. After the circuit is placed in the packaging, both ends are sealed using a sealing element, in order to protect the parts from being damaged during the transportation process.
Components in the packaging tube require stability and resistance against flips or substantial shaking, and the section size precision and straightness of the IC packaging tube need to be extremely accurate in order to facilitate smooth and easy removal of the circuit resistors and capacitors.
