Hammer Mill (for Wood)
Applications
The hammer mill works as a wood crushing machine for coarse, fibrous materials and large block materials, including tree branches, bark, and wood blocks. In addition to wood materials, this crushing equipment can be used to crush plant tubes, domestic waste and chemical waste. The multi-functional crusher can crush fibrous, crisp and high water content materials.
Features
1. The hammer mill for wood is welded from steel plates, and uses a belt transmission.
2. The electric motor and the rotor are mounted on the same base.
3. The rotor on the wood chip hammer mill has passed a dynamic balance test.
4. Our wood crusher is equipped with symmetrically arranged hammer plates.
5. The feed inlet is set at the top of the wood hammer mill, and can be paired with auger feeding mechanisms or belt feeding mechanisms.
6. This wood chip processing equipment has a simple structure, and is easy to install, operate and maintain. It has a high production capacity, and consumes very little energy.

1. The material has a water content no higher than 14%.
2. The material capacity is no lower than 0.3t/m³.
3. The screen mesh diameter is 8mm, and the percentage of the screening plate opening is no lower than 33%.
