Hammer Mill (for Pasture)
Application
The SFSP689 series of hammer mills are appropriate for crushing straw based pasture materials, including alfalfa stalks, liquorice and ryegrass.
Features
1. The pasture machine is steady and durable. It has a high working efficiency and produces very little vibration effects.
2. This hammer mill is equipped with a built-in widened rotor, passing the dynamic balance test and uses a pin coupling for power transmission.
3. The imported bearings and precision rotor ensure a stable power transmission and lower noise.
4. The thick, wear resistant hammer plates in our pasture grinding machines are arranged in a symmetrical pattern, ensuring a uniform crushing, and a high grinding efficiency.
5. There is a safety device on the operating door to make sure the door can’t be opened while the rotor is in motion.
6. The feed inlet is located on the side of the hammer mill and matches with different chain conveyor feeding mechanisms.
7. A quick open access door makes screen replacement and cleaning easier.
8. The modular thickened mesh screen has a long service life and provides a larger screening area.
9. The multi-function crusher achieves better crushing effects if fit with an automatically controlled feeder that feeds materials in a uniform manner.
10. This pasture mill is easy to install and operate.
Below are the main performance indexes and technical parameters of the hammer mill, when tested under the following conditions:
1. The material to be ground in the pasture
2. The water content of the material is lower than 14%.
3. The material capacity is higher than 0.3t/m³.
4. The screen mesh diameter is 50mm, and the percentage of the screen plate opening is no lower than 33%.
5. The auxiliary equipment attached to the hammer mill is installed correctly and works as designed.
