RFID Flag Label
Avoid interference to RFID labels caused by water or metal
RFID flag label is an adhesive label with a non-adhesive, folding tab that offsets the inlay, which means the inlay will not touch the products, for some products with high content of liquid or metal, they will influence working performance of RFID tag. Using T-shaped tag will solve above mentioned problem.
Good viscosity
For the small sticking area behind the T-shaped tags, which means they use more sticky glue to prevent losing viscosity and falling off.
We adopt 9448A glue from 3M, whose viscosity is up to 150u to ensure the service life of T-shaped RFID labels.
Application
T-shaped labels are most frequently-used in unmanned retailing or package contain metals
For example,the package of some drugs will be covering with aluminum foil, so the RFID labels need to have good resistance of metal. The common HF labels with good resistance of metal are covered with magnetic sheet thickly, but the T-shaped HF labels seems light and has stable performance.

We improve the design of T-shaped labels, replace the non-adhesive core coil with adhesive and folding one, which will not influence printing. after printing fold the core coil along the center line, then the double face of labels will be glossy, which meet clients requirements and they sign another contract with us.
