Industrial Die Springs
Industrial die springs are often referred to as rectangular springs because of their rectangular cross section. This kind of spring is commonly used in precision machinery and equipment requiring elastic movement, such as stamping dies, metal die-casting molds, and so on.
Die springs can be made into different external diameters, inner diameters and heights according to customer demands. We can also spray various colors onto the surface based on client needs.
Material: chrome alloy steel 50CrVa
Industrial die springs are made from chrome alloy steel 50CrVa, which is of small volume, great elasticity, high rigidity and precision. It allows separate colors to be sprayed on the surface as well.
Die springs are made from high quality chrome alloy steel to provide greater load capacity and a longer working life.
