Heavy Duty Compression Springs
Juneng has the capability to produce customized large-scale compression springs according to customer demands. These large springs are hot coiled springs with a maximum potential diameter of 100mm. Large-scale springs like this can be used as tensioning springs, and springs for drill rod, coke oven and crawler travelling mechanism. In addition, they also can be used in mining equipment, machine tools, and vibrating screens, etc.

Heavy duty springs can be customized based on your requirements such as material, wire diameter, external diameter, length, number of coils and other performance indicators.
Optional materials:
Manganese Silicon Spring Steel 60Si2Mn: this kind of spring steel has better performance in strength, hardenability and elasticity compared to 55Si2Mn.
Manganese Silicon Spring Steel 60Si2MnA: this material has a relatively low alloy content, so it possesses better hardenability, toughness and elasticity than 60Si2Mn.

Compression springs can be formed in shape easily after heating, and they have low resilience, so tempering treatment is required after quenching. We ensure a complete polishing process. We also take measurements of its wire diameter, external diameter and length.
