Cutting and Conveying Unit
Consists of follow-up cutting-off machine, acceleration belt 1# broadwise conveying, waste wet plate removing belt and panel turnover machine.
Wet board should be cut off before drying; cutting-off length is decided by finished product length.
Follow-up cutting-off machine is applied as cutting device, with friction transmission structure set on a line rail, to reduce resistance during running.
Directional cutting is applied in the cutting saw for neat cut.
Lifting design in return stroke of the cutting saw, for a smooth running.
Cutting-off machine keeps the same traveling speed as the board when parting saw is running, to achieve a better accuracy.
Servo motor is removed to save cost.
Wet board conveying:Wet board conveying device includes acceleration roller path, lifting frame, broadwise conveying belt, panel turnover machine, etc.
To avoid damage and pollution of the usage side, wet board should be turned-over after cutting-off, before drying. Wet board should face up when entering dryer; 2 boards enters once.
