The Lora/LoraWAN/NB-LoT smart gas meter from Zenner features remote data transmission. It adopts wide-range gas meter to measure the gas consumption accurately with low loss. Credits can be top up via IC card or remotely through prepaid or postpaid method. Data is transmitted from LoRa wireless network to gateway followed by the public network of mobile service provider. Thus, it features safe and reliable network security. The external case is made of galvanized steel sheet. This gas meter can be used for measuring various gas media like natural gas, town gas, liquid gas, biogas, methane gas, etc.
Features
- Automatic meter reading: allow meter reading remotely, where it can be conducted actively or regularly. LoRawan allows customization of the upload period of the data.
- Failure report: Errors such as magnetic disruption, valve error, abnormally large flow through amount, meter crash, error report after valve closed automatically will be uploaded to the management system to facilitate management.
- Remote top up: In prepaid mode, credit can be top up remotely and thus easy for usage.
- Remote valve control: valve can be closed remotely during emergency incident or stop the gas usage of user with overdue bill.
- Remote price adjustment: in prepaid mode, price can be adjusted in time remotely to avoid loss due to fluctuation of gas price.
- Valve closure when gas is not used after N days can be set to ensure safety usage.
- Self-service top up: bill payment and top up through app
- Reminder function: when the gas volume or battery drops less than certain level, it reminds user to top up creditor replace the battery. The management system will inform the user or gas company to handle the exception when exception message appeared.
- Clock adjusting function: the clock can be synchronized with the remote system while meter reading to ensure the accuracy of the clock.
- Wireless specifications: system meter reading via LoRa wireless network to transmit data to the gateway followed by public network from the mobile service provider, safe and reliable network security.
- Flexible payment option: allow IC reload or remote credit reload in addition to prepaid mode or postpaid mode.
- High IP grade: adopt Zenner’s patent water and dust proofing design, the IP protection is certified by authority which achieves IP65 standard
- Low consumption: adopt four segment alkaline batter with service life more than one year and above.
- Safe and reliable: adopt roll pressing technique patented by Zenner patent which features anti-corrosion, excellent sealing, strong pressure withstanding ability and high safety.
- Optional function: temperature compensation and the tiered pricing function can be added based on your need.
