After the paperboard arrives the corrugated box printer, the scraper system spreads the ink on the rubber rollers evenly. After that, the rubber rollers transmit the ink to the forme on the printing rollers and the paperboard is transmitted steadily by vac-sorb, finally the pattern is precisely printed on the paperboard.

When the cardboard almost get to the first printing department, the roller with first color will drop, but the roller with second color doesn't move. When it get to second color, the roller with second color will automatically drop, and so on.
