Air Nipper Body
Description
The air nipper body should be matched with the air nipper blades, and is used for automatic wire cutting when the coil winding is complete. A full air nipper is used for the cutting of enameled copper wire, pin transformers, plastics and more.
The surface of the air nipper body is hardened so that it will not be easily scratched, thus ensuring the service life. For example, if the threaded hole on the air nipper body is quite short, thanks to the hardness, the screws will not become loose during installation.

Specification adaptation table
Air nipper bodies in a variety of specifications can be paired with air nipper blades in a variety of specifications. The air nipper blade edge is made of a special tungsten steel. Do not use it for overload cutting.
