Down-the-hole drill rig for open-pit mining
This machine is sure to be the next generation of drilling rig that can increase productivity to the maxium. It powers the compressor and hydraulic transmission system through a two-terminal engine. The machine is able to drill holes ranging from 100-140 mm in different angles, be it a vertical one or an inclined one, which is suitable for drilling blastholes and pre-splitting holes in open-pit mines and stonework sites. With a hands-free rod handling system and a lubrication module, the machine can be operated by a single person. All functions and moves of the rig can be easily achieved through a console in the cab. The machine can drill holes in a better way with its interior anti-jamming system and an angle and depth indicator. It is also equipped with an advanced dust collector, a big cab, a powerful air-conditioner and a quality speaker, providing a cozy working evniornment for operators.
