Wine fermentation vessels are specifically designed as fermentation containers to facilitate and control the wine fermentation process. These wine fermenters promote a complete and clean fermentation, allowing for easy trub discharge. The following is the standard configuration for reference and it can be customized according to customer requirements.
Design Pressure: atmospheric pressure (tank body) / 0.4MPa (jacket)
Design Temperature: atmospheric temperature (tank body) / 0℃-7℃ (jacket)
Treatment: mechanical polishing, sandblasting, pickling
Polishing Accuracy: internal wall 0.4μm, external wall 0.6μm
Inner Body: 304, 316L stainless steel
Jacket: 304 stainless steel
Insulated Layer: polyurethane (cold insulation)
Inlet and Outlet: quick change chuck interface, flange

- Our wine fermenters come in different sizes such as 10m³, 19m³, and 25m³. If needed, we can design and manufacture the custom wine fermenter as your request.
- While cooling, the pump will circulate chilled water or refrigerant water through a jacket. The jacket is coated with an insulation layer of polyurethane foam (cold insulation).
- With quick change chuck interface, the inner body is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel, with the mirror polished internal surface of Ra≤0.28μm-0.6μm. The external surface can be treated with your specific requirements such as polishing, wiredrawing, and sandblasting.
